We’ve recently been asked to send out some examples of our on-line Multi-Rater (360°) Feedback questionnaires and so we thought it was high time to add a permanent link to our standard demonstration version. You can access it here or on the Helping Talent Grow page of the site.
Paper and pencil versions of our questionnaires are fine for small scale, self-contained 360° applications like pre-Development Workshop planning, but for large recurring programmes and across national boundaries, there is no real substitute for going on-line. While the market is flooded with standard, off-the-self systems, CGR can provide a fully bespoke alternative designed for your organisation’s competencies and preferred question style. Virtually any aspect of the form and the report can be tailored to your preferences, including logos and the display of narrative, and non-narrative, feedback by way of text, charts and tables.
Going on-line has helped CGR to deliver English-language 360° feedback programmes throughout Europe, the Middle East, Japan, China and the US; supplemented by foreign language versions of our questionnaires in French, German and Italian.
