The Bank of England "Best of the Best"
We are delighted to learn that our client, the Bank of England, has won the Association of Graduate Recruiters (AGR) 2008 prize for the Best Graduate Development Programme.
Managing through Uncertainty
The effects of the financial crisis have already been felt hard and painfully in many organisations, particularly but not exclusively in the banking and finance sectors. Forecasts suggest that there is more to come as effects ripple on through industry sectors.
Though most of these events and effects are beyond our control, there are ways to arm ourselves and our staff with tools to reduce their vulnerability to stress and to increase their resilience. We have developed an approach that allows organisations to provide tangible, practical support to staff in these difficult times and so minimise the negative effects of stress on the individuals and on the organisation. Our "Managing through Uncertainty" seminar, coupled with a one-to-one coaching session for each participant, combines the practicality of group learning with the efficacy of one to one tailored support.
