Helen Minoli

Helen has been specialising in the area of talent and leadership since 1998. She started her career in the public sector for the Employment Service. She moved into consultancy when she joined CGR Business Psychologists and then, after several successful years as a consultant to many varied organisations, joined Human Qualities where she became a member of the leadership team responsible for managing the business. She is delighted to be working with CGR again on an associate basis, and is enjoying a successful transition into a freelance career.

Helen has extensive experience in designing and delivering assessment and development programmes across a wide range of UK and multi-national organisations. A varied scope of work has enabled her to gain exposure to many industry sectors including financial services and banking, law, sales, manufacturing, engineering and leisure. She has worked both within the UK and on an international level in locations across the US, Europe, Asia and Africa. Her specialist areas include assessment and development centres, skills training, leadership programme design and facilitation, talent management and development.

As a Level A and B qualified psychologist, Helen is trained in the use of a number of psychometric instruments including OPQ, Wave Professional Styles, MBTI, IE & HPI. She has also developed a number of assessment tools, exercises and simulations. She takes a keen interest in keeping up to date with the latest research and thinking in business psychology practice.

Helen is a Registered Occupational Psychologist with the HPC and has attained Chartered Status with the British Psychological Society. She has a BSc in Psychology from the University of Warwick and an MSc in Organisational Psychology from City University, London.
