Lee White - Associate

Lee is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with over 12 years experience as an organisational consultant. His focus is on the creative application of psychological research and techniques to help individuals, teams and organisations. His expertise is in two main areas: the first is in personal development, helping individuals to improve their performance and achieve their personal and professional goals. The second is in organisational change, supporting organisations as they develop and adapt to meet their strategic objectives. He is also actively involved in research, currently collaborating on an exploration of the enablers and barriers to the process of organisational change.

Lee joined CGR as a Principal Consultant in 1999, following on from his success as a consultant with Personnel Decisions International (PDI). In his time with CGR and PDI and since as an independent consultant, Lee has worked with clients in North America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East including more recently BAE Systems, De Beers, the Environment Agency, Islamic Development Bank, RWE Thames Water, UBS and UNITE Group. He has supported these and other organisations across a number of different areas including designing and implementing competency frameworks, the design and delivery of assessments for selection and development, developing and implementing 360 degree feedback and coaching managers and executives on their personal development and performance. He has also worked on numerous organisational change programmes, designing and delivering custom interventions.

Lee is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and a member of the British Psychological Society. He has a first degree in Psychology from Plymouth University and a Masters in Occupational Psychology from the University of Wales College Cardiff.
