Sue Oliver - Associate

Sue has been working as a consultant and business psychologist for over 15 years in the private and public sectors and she joined CGR as an associate in 2004. Her consulting experience is built on a strong commercial career in human resources, line and project management with Marks & Spencer in their UK-wide stores and at Head Office. As a consultant, her clients have included those in central and local government, distribution, education, finance, healthcare, IT, the motor industry, pharmaceutical, professional services, retail and transport.

Sue is an experienced facilitator and coach: enabling individuals, groups and organisations to maximise potential and improve performance. Her work has included facilitating management, professional and executive teams; business coaching and mentoring; leadership, team and interpersonal skills development.

Some typical projects include: facilitating the development of an executive team through business transformation, using one-to-one coaching and team workshops; the design and delivery of a long term modular management development programme for local government managers, integrating 360 degree feedback, workshops, bite-size learning modules and coaching; career/personal development coaching for directors and senior managers in the Civil Service; facilitating and observing on development centres for senior managers and specialists in the finance and professional services sectors.

Sue is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, a full member of the Association for Coaching, and is BPS Level A and Level B qualified.
